Every six months we take our top performers away for a weekend of training and team building. This year we decided to go to Budapest, a city that has much to offer. None of the team had been there before and it seemed to be a very well balanced city, mixing bars and clubs with history, culture and architecture.
Staying at the Buddha Bar Hotel in central Budapest James Hall, Milly Voice, Matt Power, Simon Bucknell, Jamie Elliss, Ian Stevens, Andrea Archer, Jessica Hedley and Jess Hayer were our top performers for Q3 and Q4 2016 and came along for the ride!
This involved swimming in thermal baths, segway tours, steak restaurants, Jewish history museums, food markets, shopping, historical tours, churches, architecture, EDM Clubs. Quite an eclectic mix of activities you might say!
Jamie Elliss Director said ‘Budapest was incredible, we managed to mix business with pleasure and treat our people to an unforgettable weekend. The activities we put on were excellent and we felt that we all got something positive from the experience.
EMBS runs Top Performer Seminars every six months for those who hit their targets consistently over a 6 month period. We are in the planning stages for the next one which will take place in July.
Here are some of the snaps from the weekend.
